Since 2010, Samsic Assistance has been providing baggage handling services for Paris-CDG and Orly, France’s main airports, and in the French Overseas Departments and Territories, the Dominican Republic, Belgrade and Canada. Our high-performance baggage handling systems and equipment mean that we can handle large volumes of baggage in baggage handling areas whilst ensuring that flight times and quality of service are respected. We deploy the necessary material and human resources to guarantee that baggage arrives at the aircraft on time.
Samsic Assistance meets all your baggage handling requirements: we oversee baggage sorting in the gallery, before transporting and loading it in the hold, in accordance with the aircraft's load distribution to ensure flight safety.
We go a step further in meeting your needs by offering additional baggage services such as oversized baggage handling and transferring cabin baggage to the hold.
At Samsic Assistance we are meeting the digital revolution head on and using it to your advantage. Our baggage handlers are trained in the latest baggage check-in tools, and are proficient in RFID technology and a range of baggage tracking systems.
Our agents are trained to operate self-propelled belt loaders, elevated platforms, and various tarmac equipment to facilitate baggage loading into an aircraft's hold.
QSE CERTIFICATIONS
Our Samsic Assistance baggage handling operations are ISAGO certified for Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion Island, Belgrade and Orly airports. We are the only ramp handling expert to have obtained an exclusive ramp-handling contract for the Dominican Republic airports.
