We offer innovative and environmentally-friendly solutions which both significantly reduce operational costs and improve passenger safety by means of our high-tech CLC (Centralized Load Control) system.
We ensure that the correct amount of fuel is loaded, and that weight and load are evenly distributed, for each aircraft before take-off by calculating an aircraft’s weight and load distribution and establishing its EZFW (Estimate Zero Fuel Weight).
Our procedures are adapted to all DCS (Departure Control System) types and we operate 24/7 services.
Samsic Assistance is the preferred flight coordination partner for airlines. Our flight coordinators oversee operations between the various ramp service providers: amongst others, they check that equipment and teams are delivered, or arrive, as scheduled; ascertain why a flight is delayed; and set up mobile jetways at parking stands for flight arrivals.
With Airport Manager, our real-time flight information system, our customers can monitor the service schedules for their flights.

Our Sky Partner ramp handling operations are ISAGO certified for Caribbean (Guadeloupe, Martinique), Reunion Island and Belgrade airports.
