PRM - Reduced mobility

Samsic Mobility combines expertise and innovation to daily assist PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) as they travel through airports. We offer special assistance throughout airport terminals – at check-in, passport control, boarding and disembarkation – and provide the human and material resources needed to provide passengers with high-quality service, at arrivals, departures and for connecting flights.

Our special assistance agents play a key role in serving Disabled and Mobility Impaired Passengers and ensure that they travel with the same level of comfort and peace of mind as any other passenger.

We strive to build strong partnerships with airport operators in order to develop the most adapted PRM solutions. We offer mobility expertise (equipment and predictive flow management and tracking software, etc.)

Our associated expertise

Our innovative PRM solutions are based on high-performance equipment (Transpax), software (ORESTE), and intensive and ongoing training programmes with occupational therapists at our training centre. Our agents are specifically trained to deal with fragile passengers safely and with compassion.

At Samsic Mobility, we are deeply committed to CSR (Corporate Strategic Responsibility) through actions such as process dematerialisation, support for local associations and sustainable actions (use of electric vehicles), etc.

QSE Certifications

Samsic Mobility’s expertise was awarded the ISO 9001 certification in 2015. Together with Samsic Airport’s prevention teams we are currently working on certifying our Occupational Health and Safety Management System with the ISO 45001 standard.

With more than 10 years of PRM airport assistance experience, we currently we provide this service at three French airports (Paris-CDG, Nice, and Toulouse) and we assisted more than 700,000 passengers and travellers in 2019.
