Samsic Airport, together with leading canine security companies, has been developing its EDD (Explosive Detection Dog) services for more than 15 years and has gained national renown in this sector. Our 95 EDD airport teams are on call 24/7 and have been exclusively trained to detect explosives in airport situations. Our explosives detection dogs work in all types of environments, including noisy, odorous and poorly-lit areas. In addition to ensuring safety at check-in and boarding, our EDD airport teams are trained in canine security solutions for screening and clearance of all types of baggage, control of goods, on-board supplies and all types of freight and postal parcels, and interior and exterior aircraft inspections. Numerous EDD experiments are also carried out in partnership with government services.

QSE CERTIFICATIONS
All our EDD agents have obtained T10/CQP ASA certification, police and judiciary authorisation, Security Agent professional membership, and CASS certification.
